Regulations

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must reserve the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (Cabinet Regulation).

* By ordering the product on the website www.trikdesign.eu, the buyer at the same time confirms that he has read the terms.


Distance contract

In this internet shop seller SIA "TRIK DESIGN", REĢ. NR. 42103100277, LEGAL ADDRESS: PILS IELA 4-6, SKRUNDA, LV - 3326, LATVIA on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", and the person placing the order and making the payment www.trikdesign.eu, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", from the other Party, shall conclude the following Agreement:


Procedure for purchasing goods

The Seller undertakes to sell the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order placed by the Buyer.

From the given product catalog, the Buyer must choose the product he likes the most, mark the colour * (if such an option is offered) and add it to his shopping cart. When the product is in the shopping cart, you can select its quantity . To confirm your choice Buyer must press the button - "Order"

Placing an order - please fill in the required fields in order to create an invoice for you that meets all the requirements of the State Revenue Service.

Within 2h, you will receive an invoice in your e-mail. If you didn't receive an invoice please check if the data was filled correctly .

* The buyer is personally responsible for the correctness of delivery data, if it is necessary to make a correction, please send information to the e-mail address: [email protected], write a message to the phone number: 28233753 or fill in the contact form.


Payment and delivery procedures

The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail in accordance with the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The buyer must make the payment to the bank account indicated in the invoice no later than two days after receiving the invoice, otherwise the purchase will be canceled.

Taking care of nature to avoid overproduction and pollution, each product is produced only after the buyer's order and payment. The seller ensures the development of the goods within 1 - 14 days (excluding weekends, holidays and vacations) from the moment of receipt of payment.

Delivery time is agreed with the Buyer. It depends on the selected delivery channel.

Possible delivery channels:

Omniva parcel machines in the territory of Latvia, price - 3 euros,

Omniva parcel machines in the territory of the Baltic States - 8 euros,

Latvian postal services in the territory of Latvia - 3 euros,

Latvian postal services in the territory of EU - 5 euros,

Latvian postal services outside EU- 8 euros,

Receiving in person at Skrunda - free of charge.


The seller undertakes to place the order in the delivery channel no later than 2 days after the production of the goods. The product should reach the Buyer within 5-14(if you order from EU or outside EU)  working days. We are not responsible for delays due to the delivery channel.


Obligations and rights of the buyer

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within a specified period (within 14 days) and refuse from the distance contract and the contract concluded outside the place of permanent economic or professional working place without giving any reason.

Before the expiry of the right of withdrawal, the consumer shall inform the seller or supplier of the decision to refuse from the contract by submitting a withdrawal form or a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All expenses that will be incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer.

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

the ordered goods are made custom to the Buyer 

the buyer has used the purchased product.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation in case of damage to the product, negligent handling of the product during use or failure to follow the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged.


Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.

No data will be given to third parties.
